We have reserved the entire back section of the restaurant, closest to where we will be playing. That back area seats about 90 people. When you call, tell them you want to make a reservation as part of Hannah Thomas's event, and that you want to sit in the back. They'll take care of you from there. 

NOTE that due to how seating lays out in the back area, your party may end up with others at a large table rather than having a smaller table to yourselves. 

By policy, Garman's will NOT seat parties over six people until the whole party is there. They'll give you 15 minutes to get your party there; if you don't all show, they'll seat the next in line. 

Another note. When we launched In the Bleak Midwinter in 2013, we had a strange situation where someone booked a large table right in the middle, and then never showed up to claim it - and meanwhile, others who called to make a reservation were told there was no room left. In order to prevent such a scenario from recurring, I ask that you please reserve seats for your own party only. Thank you for your help.
